Initial Conversation
We begin with a short phone or email conversation about what you would like to build or improve, the property, your preferred timing, and the goals behind the project.

The Garrett Simunich Construction Process
Good construction starts with clear expectations, thoughtful preparation, and communication you can depend on.
What to Expect
Every project is different, but the goal stays the same: understand what matters to you, plan the work carefully, respond when you have questions, and keep you informed as the project comes together.
We begin with a short phone or email conversation about what you would like to build or improve, the property, your preferred timing, and the goals behind the project.
If the project appears to be a good fit, Garrett visits the home to understand the space, review priorities and selections, and discuss the practical options available.
Measurements, project details, trade requirements, materials, and known site conditions are organized into a clear scope so you understand what is included.
Once the project is approved, scheduling, permits when required, material ordering, and coordination with trusted trade partners begin before construction starts.
Garrett keeps you informed as the work moves forward, answers questions promptly, and explains upcoming steps. At completion, we review the finished project together and address final details.
Built on Trust
Questions are welcome throughout the process. Garrett remains involved in planning, coordination, construction, and the final review so communication stays direct.
